| Working in CC here,funny na nakakainis sia esp wen callers are so -hebi- as in -hebi- sa sobra hebi u will say na lang "ok?" Common scenario: Wired Issue Customer: Do i need to plug in the cable to my pc?(hello ma'am titigan nu lang it may work) Wireless: Customer: It's my first time to use wireless,do i need a wireless card?(tok!tok!gamitin mo po stereo ng PC, try mo wireless and pray) they are just....arrr...  |

| I work in a CC as well.. I've been with this company for almost two years now.. (turning two this november to be exact) My type of job is quite different from that of other CC's found here in the Philippines. My company is more than just a call center. We deal with political surveys and customer satisfaction. We don't receive calls, we make the calls. It;s fun but tiring.. You get to talk to a lot of people and listen to their opinions as well. I love my job! My job love's me as well.. i think!hehe WE ARE MORE THAN JUST A CALL CENTER.. |
